Loveland, CO – February 1, 2022 – KCoe Isom, a national leader in food and agricultural consulting and accounting services, announced the addition of two respected water and land solutions specialists to oversee its agricultural land management services division.

Corey Getz is a nationally recognized innovator in land and water management projects.  As a co-founder of DIGS Associates, Corey is specialized in finding ways to maximize, protect, and manage land development needs.  With a passion that stems from his own family’s Illinois farm, he has been responsible for over 100,000 acres of land improvements to date.

Theodore “Quint” Shambaugh V creates and implements strategic plans for land and water management, sustainability, conservation, and drainage projects.  As co-founder of DIGS Associates, he has personally designed over 50,000 acres of agricultural drainage plans and was involved with over 100,000 acres of land improvements across the U.S. and multiple countries.  Quint’s passion for agriculture stems from being raised as an operator on a sixth-generation Illinois farm.

This is a powerful combination for farmers, ranchers and land investors to utilize now, when land is a premium asset for many across the U.S.,” says Jeanne Bernick,  Ag Principal at KCoe Isom.  “Corey and Quint’s unique specialization in water and land management will enhance KCoe’s ability to provide the specialized advisory on how to protect land’s natural resources and find ways to make it more profitable.”
